How it works

Using the example of a summer party with around 150 guests.

  1. Three or four questions

A “Rating (scale)” from 1 to 5 as stars, a “Yes / No / Abstain” question and a free text for ideas. Keep it short: people answering after an event take one minute, not ten.

  2. Anonymous, results after voting

“Anonymous” and “Anyone with the link”. For the results choose “Only after voting” – anyone who takes part then sees how the others answered.

  3. Share the link or QR code

Put the link in your thank-you email or the club chat. On site, download the QR code as a PNG and print it on table cards or a poster at the exit.

  4. Evaluate

Average and distribution per rating, the share of yes and no, and the list of ideas. For the debrief with the organising committee you print everything.

Frequently asked questions

How many questions make sense?

Three to five. Up to 5 questions are possible for free, up to 15 with Pro. Making more than half of the questions mandatory tends to put people off.

Are the answers anonymous?

With “Anonymous”, Wannja stores no name and only the date instead of the time. A free-text answer can still give away who wrote it.

Can I reuse the poll after every course?

With Pro: “Duplicate” copies the questions and settings, but no answers. Without Pro you create the poll again.

Which is better: stars or numbers?

Stars are quick and familiar on a phone, but are only available for ratings starting at 1. For 0 to 10, use numbers or the question type “Recommendation (NPS)”.

Can I also show the feedback on the big screen at the event?

Yes, with the presentation view: QR code on the screen, the R key shows the results of the current question.
