Frequently asked questions
How does sign-in with a company account (SSO) work?
We connect your company account on request – Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. After that, everyone signs in with their usual company login, without a separate Wannja password.
Where is the data stored?
On Microsoft Azure in the EU (Ireland). We can set up a data location in Switzerland on request. Details are in the privacy policy.
Do participants need an account?
No. Anyone who votes or signs up needs neither an account nor an app. Only the people who create and manage polls need a login.
Can we start with Wannja Pro?
Yes. You can use Wannja Pro straight away. Whether and how the Wannja Enterprise items are set up on your existing account is clarified with your enquiry.
Is there a data processing agreement?
On request we conclude a data processing agreement. Let us know in the form whether you use your own template for it.
