Default duration

When you enter a start time, the end time is calculated automatically.

Max. seats: Leave empty = unlimited. Full options can no longer be chosen; “Maybe” remains possible.

Help on “Max. seats”

Limits how many people can say Yes to this date. Once the date is full, Yes can no longer be chosen there; Maybe is still possible. Anyone who has already said Yes keeps their seat – even if you lower the number later.

Example: A guided tour with 12 seats per date: enter 12 for each date. Leave it empty for no limit.

Help on “Allow “Maybe””

Yes counts double and Maybe counts once; the date with the most points is shown at the top of the results. If you turn it off, there is only Yes and No.

Example: Turn it off when you need clear answers, for example because you have to book a table.

Help on “Poll valid for”

The link accepts answers for this long. After that it is archived, not deleted: you can still see the results and reactivate it. If you set a response deadline with Pro, it ends 14 days after the deadline instead.

Example: 1 week for “When shall we go out for dinner?”, 3 months for the annual planning. “Unlimited” is available when you are logged in.

With a response deadline, the poll ends automatically 14 days after the deadline. Expired polls are archived, not deleted.

To save, you need an account. In the next step you log in or create a free one – everything you entered is kept. Your participants can still vote without an account.
