The date is set, now you need numbers: who is coming, how many people, how many children, which menu. Wannja asks at sign-up and adds it all up.

Using the example “Club dinner 2027”: the Keller family signs up 3 people, 1 of them a child, and chooses 1× meat and 2× vegetarian.
Enter a title, mention the date and time in the description and add the venue in the field “Location or video link”. As options, for example “Yes, I’m coming” and “No, I can’t make it”. To save, you need a free account.
For “Yes, I’m coming” you add ready-made questions: “How many people are coming?”, “Of which children?” and a choice “Menu” with meat and vegetarian. With “Quantity per answer”, each sign-up states quantities.
Send the link by email, WhatsApp or in the club chat. People signing up need no account: enter a name, answer the questions, submit.
The summary line shows sign-ups, people, children and menus. You print the list or download it as an Excel or CSV file.

Add a choice “Menu” and select “Quantity per answer”. A family then enters, for example, 1× meat and 2× vegetarian. The total must not exceed the number of people given; fewer is allowed, for instance for children without a menu of their own.
Yes. Number of people, children, choice, remark and your own questions are part of the free plan. Up to 6 questions are possible per option, and a choice has 2 to 10 possible answers.
No. A name is all it takes to sign up. The email address is optional; those who give one receive a link to change their sign-up later. Only the person creating the sign-up needs a free account.
A response deadline with a date is part of Wannja Pro (CHF 7 per month or CHF 70 per year). On the free plan you close the sign-up by hand; after that the link no longer accepts sign-ups.
Yes. One public calendar is free. Add the event there and link it to the sign-up; the date then shows a button to sign up. Members can subscribe to the calendar on their phone, and you can embed it on the club website.
