What you can do for free
Scheduling poll with Yes / Maybe / No, best match, calendar invitation to everyone, sign-up with menu choice and remark, print, Excel and CSV.
Scheduling poll for team dinners
In December every evening is booked. With a scheduling poll you find the evening when most people can make it – and with a sign-up you then collect confirmations and menu choices.
Free. Participants don’t need an account; a free account is all you need to create one.
| Name | Thu 3 Dec | Fri 4 Dec | Thu 10 Dec |
|---|---|---|---|
| Andrea | Yes | Yes | No |
| Marco | Maybe | Yes | Yes |
| Sandra | No | Yes | Maybe |
| Total yes | 4 | 8 | 5 |
Using the example of a team of 10 people.
Create a scheduling poll and enter three to five evenings with a time, for example from 18:30. Add the place in the “Location or video link” field if the restaurant is already fixed.
Send the link by email or in the team chat. Everyone answers Yes, Maybe or No for each evening – without an account.
The best match is at the top (Yes counts double, Maybe once). With “Confirm date & notify participants” everyone with an email address receives the email with a calendar invitation.
For the order, you then create a sign-up: an option “Yes, I’m coming” with the question “Menu” (meat, fish, vegetarian) and a remark for allergies.
