Anonymous poll with all question types (rating, NPS, choice, ranking, free text), response deadline, results only after closing, print, Excel and CSV – up to 5 questions.
Polls for teams
How is the team doing, what’s going well, what isn’t? You only get honest answers if nobody can be identified. In anonymous polls Wannja stores no names and no time – and shows you the results as averages, distributions and a list of ideas.
Free. Participants don’t need an account; a free account is all you need to create one.
| Question | Result |
|---|---|
| How satisfied are you with your workload? (1–5) | 3.4 on average |
| How satisfied are you with information sharing in the team? (1–5) | 3.9 on average |
| Would you recommend us as an employer? (0–10) | NPS +21 |
| What should we change? | 9 ideas |
Using the example of a team of 16 people.
Ratings from 1 to 5 for workload and information, the question type “Recommendation (NPS)” for the employer, and a free text for ideas. Up to 5 questions for free, up to 15 with Pro.
“Anonymous” with “Anyone with the link”: simple, but duplicate answers are only curbed. “Secret ballot (with list of participants)” (Pro): everyone invited by email, exactly one vote per person, you see who took part, but never how they answered.
Set a response deadline and show the results “Only after closing”. With a secret ballot that is the case anyway.
Average and distribution per question, the NPS and the list of ideas. For the team meeting you print the results or show them on screen.

Pro · CHF 7 per month or CHF 70 per year
Secret ballot with a list of participants, invitations from lists, reminders, up to 15 questions, duplicating for the next round, up to five team members with their own login.
See the Pro featuresWith “Anonymous”, Wannja stores no name, no link to an invitation and only the date instead of the time. In small teams, though, free-text answers, writing style or a unanimous result can allow conclusions. We recommend anonymous team surveys from about 5 people.
Anonymous: anyone with the link can answer; multiple answers are only curbed. Secret (Pro): invited people only, exactly one vote per person, and, as in a voting register, you see who has already taken part – but never how they answered.
The Net Promoter Score asks “How likely are you to recommend us?” from 0 to 10. Result: the share of 9–10 minus the share of 0–6, from −100 to +100. For employees it is called eNPS.
Wannja is operated by e-sys in Switzerland and hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU. You’ll find the details in the privacy policy.
In anonymous polls you can remove individual answers, for example a test. In a secret ballot you can’t – there, no answer is linked to anything you could select.
Suggest dates, let people vote, confirm the date with a calendar invitation.
Motions and elections by secret ballot, one vote per member, with a voting register.
Stars, recommendations and ideas after a party, course or concert.
