Save your people once and reuse them for every poll. Sort them into lists such as “Class 3a” or “Board” and put groups together across lists (e.g. “Children’s choir”). Paste names and email addresses straight from Excel or import a CSV file.
How it works
Everyone gets their own link by email. You see who has already answered, and Wannja reminds the others automatically. People who aren’t in your contacts can be invited as guests, also later when editing. Replies go to your own address.
Polls carry your logo, your name and your accent colour. At wannja.ch/your-name all active polls are listed on one page: public, password-protected or only via a secret link.
One public calendar is free. With Pro you run several calendars, including internal ones with a secret link or password, with your logo and colour. Everyone can subscribe on their phone, you embed the calendar on your website, and public calendars appear in your portal.
How it works
Up to 15 questions instead of 5 – all question types (rating, image choice, ranking, NPS, free text …) are already free. Invite voters via lists, send reminders and hold secret ballots: every person votes exactly once, nobody sees who voted for what.
Set a response deadline, schedule visibility with start and end dates, let only invited people vote or hide other people’s answers. Require an email address from everyone if you need it, and use “Duplicate” to reuse an existing poll as a template.
Adapt invitations and reminders to your tone, from casual to formal.
Pro for organisations
IT, HR or the board opens a Pro account and brings up to five colleagues into the team. Everyone plans their own polls and sign-ups – with the same contacts, the same logo and a single subscription. CHF 7 per month for the whole team, not per person.

Yes. You manage the subscription yourself in your account; payment is handled securely by Stripe.
No. Start for free and upgrade as soon as you want to manage or invite participants. Your polls stay as they are.
After the expiry date everything keeps working for 14 days. After that, your polls, sign-ups and calendars stay online and existing invitations keep working. You can still view, export and delete participants, lists, settings and templates, but no longer change them. The portal is no longer available, and anything you create from then on appears without your logo. Renew and everything works as before.
